Mud Organics “Lifetime Supply” Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
    This giveaway is open to legal residents of [Australia] aged 18 years or older. Entrants must be subscribed to both the Mud Organics email and SMS marketing lists at the time of the draw.
   
   
2. How to Enter
    To enter, individuals must subscribe to both email and SMS communications from Mud Organics during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
   
   
3. Prize
    One winner will receive a “Lifetime Supply of Mud Organics.” For the purpose of this promotion, a "lifetime supply" is defined as:
   
   

○      1 x Sea Buckthorn Serum (30ml) every 6 months

○      Supplied for a maximum of 10 years, or until either product is discontinued, whichever comes first.

○      Total estimated value: AUD $1600

4. Prize Limitations
   
   

○      Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, gifted, or used for commercial purposes.

○      The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

○      If the winner unsubscribes from either email or SMS marketing communications during the 10-year period, the prize will be forfeited.

○      Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the offer (e.g., using multiple entries or fake information) will result in disqualification and forfeiture.

5. Shipping
    Products will be shipped twice per year to a single, verified Australian address. Mud Organics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
   
   
6. Changes to Product Line
    If a product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, Mud Organics reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable product of equal or greater value, or to remove it from the prize if no suitable alternative is available.
   
   
7. Termination of Offer
    Mud Organics reserves the right to suspend or cancel the prize in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or if the company ceases to trade.
   
   
8. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random and notified via email or SMS. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
   
   
9. Promotion Period
    The giveaway begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]. Winner will be announced on [announcement date].
   
   
10. Consent & Publicity
     By entering, participants agree to these terms and give Mud Organics permission to use their first name and general location (e.g. "Sarah from Brisbane") for promotional purposes if selected as the winner.
