How to Use
Add one scoop to a glass of water first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach — or mix into your favourite juice or smoothie. Drink plenty of water throughout the day alongside it. If you notice any sensitivity as your body adjusts, start with half a scoop and gradually build up to a full serve over a few days.
